I'm Ashley Fillingim — an attorney who believes in legal confidence, simplified. I help coaches and creators establish solid legal foundations to secure their businesses. Before this, I spent two decades at a top-tier international law firm–including over 10 years as a litigation partner–representing Fortune 500 clients in high-risk, high-profile cases.
I apply these years of experience to make complex concepts simple, empowering business owners to advocate for themselves and to protect the relationships at the core of those businesses.
How'd this happen? Well, I went to a retreat in Italy. Everyone was a solopreneur ... except me. They were experts at building businesses but not at protecting those businesses. I had a strong desire to help. So strong that one day, I walked out of my 40th floor corner office and into this world. Today, you can find me at my laptop with the dogs underfoot, in the kids’ carpool line, or at the beach every chance I get.
I apply these years of experience to make complex concepts simple, empowering business owners to advocate for themselves and to protect the relationships at the core of those businesses.
